Travelus provides tour consulting and operation, flight booking, visa support, travel insurance and related services. Itineraries and prices shown are indicative; the final price is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary with exchange rates, availability and supplier policies.
3. Booking & payment
A service contract is formed when both parties confirm and you complete payment as agreed. Detailed payment information is provided at booking.
4. Cancellation & refund
Cancellation, change and refund conditions follow the rules of each program and supplier (airlines, hotels, partners), as stated in each quote/contract.
5. Liability
Travelus strives to provide accurate information and dedicated service, but is not liable for damages arising from force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, immigration policy changes) beyond our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual property
All content, images, trademarks and source code on the website belong to Travelus or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent authority in Vietnam.
